We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $50

Yes, this is to encourage you to purchase more than one product per visit.

Next Day Shipping on in-stock orders placed before 2pm PST

We process orders Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.

If any unforeseen quality control issues arise and we are unable to fill your order in a timely manner, a representative will contact you to resolve the issue. We take pride in only providing our customers with the best quality products available.

We cannot guarantee delivery time once we ship an order

Once we turn your order over to USPS, it is out of our hands in terms of shipping. All orders are shipped with tracking numbers, so that both we and you can keep tabs on your order. Please contact customer service if an unusually long time has passed since we shipped your order, and we will investigate the problem. 

Domestic Shipping

Processing

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All transit times are in business days (Monday-Friday).

Orders received between after closing hours on Friday and opening hours Monday, will not leave our warehouse until the following business day. Pick up day is counted as Day 0.

Please Note: We do not process orders on all major holidays or government observed holidays. Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days.

USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE)

USPS orders are processed Monday-Saturday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).

APO/DPO/FPO/Other Military Addresses may take up to 14 Days in transit.

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Vando Holding LTD and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

Order Tracking:

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Delta8Resellers.com does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. Once your order is processed, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Fungummies, LLC , and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Fungummies, LLC strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update.

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Fungummies, LLC , is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user.

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder:

Fungummies, LLC, strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, Fungummies, LLC is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc.

Order Discrepancies:

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email or call us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue.

Canceling and Altering Orders:

Due to the volume of orders Fungummies, LLC receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed and is processing we are unable to alter, change, or cancel any order.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.

Please Note: Sales tax is charged to all orders being shipped to addresses within California.

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
